Vouchers

Vouchers are a versatile and practical solution for a wide range of uses, whether in retail, service industries, or for special promotions. These allow the holder to redeem them for goods, or experiences at a specific business or online store.

To access the Vouchers, go to: > Home > Application > Vouchers

How can I get Benefit ?​

  • Saving Money : Vouchers offer discounts, allowing you to purchase items at a lower cost, helping you save money.
  • Accessing Exclusive Offers : Many vouchers give you access to special deals, promotions, or limited-time offers that are not available to everyone.
  • Trying New Products : Vouchers often give you discounts on new products or services, allowing you to try them out without paying full price.
  • Rewarding Loyalty : Businesses often reward repeat customers with vouchers, giving you discounts or free items as a thank you for your loyalty.
  • Increasing Your Purchasing Power : Vouchers allow you to get more value for your money, whether through percentage discounts, set amounts off, or cashback.

Properties​

Primary Properties​

Voucher AmountEnter the amount of the voucher that will be applied as a discount
From DateYou can select the start date for the report
To DateYou can select the end date for the report

Create New Voucher​

  • Go to Vouchers.
  • Click on Add New.

  • Enter amount in the voucher amount field.
  • Select the date when the voucher becomes valid for use.
  • Select the date when the voucher expires or is no longer valid for use.
  • Enter the number of vouchers to be generated in the No. of Vouchers field.
  • Click Save.

Edit a Voucher​

  • Go to Vouchers.

  • Select the voucher you want to edit from the list of active or created vouchers.
  • Click on Pencil icon.

  • Make necessary changes.
  • Click Save.

Delete a Voucher​

  • Go to Vouchers.

  • Select the voucher you want to delete from the list of active or created vouchers.
  • Click on Delete icon.

  • If you want to deactivate select the check box.
  • You can mention the reason for deletion in the reason field.
  • Click on Delete.

Deleting this voucher will permanently remove it, and it can no longer be used.
