Tagging

Tag control of products refers to the organization of tags assigned to products within the inventory. Tag control is specified only for unique code products but not for common codes and dynamic code products. Tag control is done only after the purchase receipt is made authorized by the user.

To access the Tagging, go to: > Home > Application > Inventory > Operations > Tagging

Properties

Primary Properties

Property	Description
Document Date	Document Date displayed by default
Document No.	Document No. displayed by default
Vendor	Vendor saved in Purchase Receipt is displayed by default
Product Name	Product entered in Purchase Receipt is displayed
Quantity & Tagged quantity	Total number of products entered in PR and the products done tagging is displayed
Barcode Design	Select Barcode design and take the prints of barcodes
No. of Tags	Provide the no. of tags to be printed

Non Primary Properties

Property	Description
Serial Entry	Serial No., serial wise quantity, cost price details are displayed
Product rates	You can assign Margin, MRP, Discount sale price and attributes to products

Status of Tagging

• Quantity : Total number of quantity entered in Purchase receipt is displayed serial wise.
• Tagged Quantity : Number of products done tagging by assigning rates and attributes are displayed.
• Pending Quantity : Number of products that need to be tagged are displayed.

Tags List

• Go to Tagging.
• You can double click on the serial or you can click on Pencil icon.
• You will be navigated to a new window providing few details of product and quantity.

Unique code unit Tag

• After getting tags list, Click on Add New option.
• You will be navigated to a new window for entering the rates, margin, discounts and mark for the products.

• After providing the required details, click on apply.
• A serial will be saved which can be edited or deleted as per the requirements.
• After checking the details, click on Save option.

Barcode Prints

• Saved tags are displayed in Tags list and tag numbers are assigned to products.
• Select a barcode design and also the no. of tags (if required) and click on Print Barcode to get the tag to be printed.
• The generated tags can be cancelled if any incorrect entry is done.
