Delivery
A Delivery refers to the dispatch of goods to the customer after a sale. This process enables tracking of deliveries, assignment of agents, time slots, and zones for each order, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.


To access the Delivery, go to: > Home > Application > Delivery> Operations > Delivery
How can I get Benefit ?
- Centralized Delivery View: Instantly view all deliveries pending till date in one place.
- Quick Assignment: Easily assign delivery agents, zones, and time slots with just a few clicks.
- Real-Time Updates: As soon as a sale is marked for home delivery, it becomes available for scheduling.
- Improved Coordination: Plan deliveries better by grouping orders by zone or time slot.
- Customer Satisfaction: : Ensure timely delivery by assigning agents with defined slots and areas.
Properties
Primary Properties

| As on Date | Auto filled with current date |
| Sale Invoice No. | Enter the sale Invoice number |
| Delivery Agent | Select the delivery agent from dropdown |
| Delivery Date | You can Select the delivery date |
| Time Slot | Select the Time slot from the drop down |
| Zone | Select the Zone from the dropdown |
Status of Delivery
- Not Assigned : This status indicates, Agent and delivery details not yet assigned.
- Assigned : This status indicates, Agent and delivery details have been assigned.
- Picked : This indicates that Agent has picked the order for delivery.
- Delivered : This indicates that Agent has delivered the Order to the Customer.
View Existing Deliveries


- Navigate to Delivery screen.
- Click the
Showbutton. - The list of deliveries up to the current date will be displayed.
Add Home Delivery from Sale Invoices
- Navigate to the Delivery List.
- Click on
Select Sale Invoice(s)link.


- A modal will open showing all sale invoices of the selected date.
- You can filter by date or search by invoice number.
- Click on
Delivery iconto add and clickOK. - These invoices will now be added to the List of Deliveries for assignment.
Assign Delivery Details
- Navigate to the Delivery List.
- Click the
Editicon beside an entry in the list.


- Select the delivery agent, Zone, Time Slot and delivery date.
- Click
OKto save.
Edit Delivery Details
- Navigate to the Delivery List.
- Click the
Editicon beside an entry in the list.


- Update agent, slot, zone, or date.
- Click
OKto confirm.

Only deliveries in Not Assigned status can be edited.
