Summary
The Transfer In Summary provides a consolidated view of all stock received into a branch from other locations during a selected period. Unlike the Transfer In Register, which shows transaction-level details, the Summary gives an aggregated report grouped by product, category and helping businesses analyze stock movement patterns across locations.
To access the Summary, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Transfer In > Summary
How can I get Benefit ?
- Quick Overview : Get a summarized view of all transfer in records without going into transaction-level details.
- Branch-wise Analysis : We can compare incoming transfers across different branches easily.
- Category Insights : Analyze which product groups or items are most frequently received.

Primary Properties

Transfer In Summary Reports
- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.
- The report provides a summarized view of all transfer In’s within the selected date range.
Grouping in Transfer In Summary
The Transfer In Summary supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data more effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Product, Category) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.
- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g.,first by Category, then by Product).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
