Zone

A Zone refers to a delivery coverage area assigned to a specific branch, usually based on distance in kilometres. Zones help in managing delivery logistics, calculating charges, and assigning agents efficiently.

To access the Zone, go to: > Home > Application > Delivery> Setup> Zone

How can I get Benefit ?

• Manage Delivery Reach: Define and control how far each branch can deliver.
• Efficient Agent Routing: Assign agents based on zones to reduce travel time.
• Branch-Based Assignment: Each zone is created under a particular branch to avoid cross-mapping errors.

Properties

Primary Properties

Property	Description
Zone Name	Enter the name of the delivery area
Distance (Km)	Define the radial distance (in kilometers) covered by this zone
Branch	Select the branch for which this delivery zone applies
Status	You can Choose between Active or Inactive

Create New Zone

• Navigate to the Zone / Area page and click on Add New.

• Enter the Zone Name.
• Specify the Distance in kilometres.
• Select the Branch from the dropdown.
• Click Save.

Zone names should be distinct and meaningful for easy reference.

Edit Zone

• Navigate to the Zone list.
• Select the desired Zone and click Edit.

• Make the necessary changes.
• Click Save.

Delete Zone

• Navigate to the Zone list.
• Select the desired Zone and click Delete.

• Click on Delete.
