Tag Status
Tag Status refers to the current state or history of a tag. It helps track and manage the lifecycle of products. Tag status can also provide us with the details of availability and unavailability of tags.
To access the Tag Status, go to: > Home > Application > Inventory > Operations > Tag Status
How can I get Benefit ?
- Efficiency : Tag status can provide efficient tracking and managing of tags.
- Improved Data Accuracy : By using status like "available" or "Sold Out," you can easily identify In-stock or Out-of-stock information, reducing errors in reporting or product visibility.
- Better Decision-Making : With clear visibility into whether tags are active, in-use, or inactive, businesses can make more informed decisions about restocking, promotions, or discontinuing products.
- Inventory Updates : Tag Status allows for real-time updates on product availability.

Primary Properties

| Scan Tag | You can scan tag at the space provided which needs to be updated |
| Details | Tag details are displayed below after scanning tag |
| Vendor | Vendor given in receipt is displayed in tag status |
| Location | Tag’s current location and previous location is displayed |
| Status | In stock or sold out, status is displayed |
Status and History
- Scan tag at the space provided on the top of the tab and click
enter. - Complete history and current status of the scanned tag is displayed below.
- Tag status also displays the type of code unit assigned to the product which would be easier to identify.
- Current prices of the scanned tag are displayed.
Vendor Snapshot
- Vendor snapshot given information about the vendor associated with the tag.
- It includes the details about vendor like GST No., address, contact number etc.
- This snapshot can help you in evaluating the performance like purchase and sales.
- This snapshot also includes gross margin information which can help you estimate whether the vendor is maintaining a healthy balance between cost and profitability.
Transaction History
- You can click on the
Show Transaction Historybutton and can view the details generated below.
- Transaction history is the record of all past transactions with a particular vendor, tagging details, tag update information etc.
- This helps you to keep track of multiple transactions and the current tag status without needing to go through individual details each time.
